Rental and apartment cleanouts

List each room and storage area to clear, and mark what stays. The property representative must confirm permission to remove belongings; the crew cannot decide what may legally be discarded.

One pickup or repeat visits

Book a one-time cleanout without a commercial account. For repeat service, share your properties, usual items and expected frequency.

Several properties

Send each address, site contact and access instructions. Current service is in Portland–Vancouver. Every location needs coverage approval.

Access and deadlines

Share elevator reservations, gates, parking, access hours and deadlines for the next vendor. Large cleanouts may take several loads or visits.

Approval and records

Name who approves the price and any spending limit. Request purchase-order references, invoice details and completion photos before work starts. Credit terms need separate approval.

What is included

Standard junk removal covers approved contents and hauling. Repairs, detailed cleaning and hazardous cleanup are separate. Disclose unsafe conditions before scheduling.
