Your two-hour window tells you when the crew is due to arrive. Crews serve several customers throughout the day; it is not a two-hour limit on the work.
The crew reviews your items and access, explains the total, and waits for your approval. Standard pickups can usually be loaded and hauled during that visit. Larger or specialty projects may need a separate plan.

Alex built PNW from hands-on Portland-area work through JunkPDX. Your Portland–Vancouver pickup is performed by our own Solely Junk LLC crew under the JunkPDX service brand.
JunkPDX combines “Junk” with PDX, the airport code for Portland International Airport. JunkSEA and JunkBOI follow the same naming idea for Seattle and Boise. The codes identify our local service brands, without implying airport affiliation or available booking. See how our local brands connect.
For an arrival update, a booking change or a concern about the work, use booking support and include your confirmation details. If the items or scope change, ask the crew for the revised total before approving additional work.
