How JunkPDX and PNW Junk Removal Fit Together

Understand JunkPDX, Solely Junk LLC and PNW Junk Removal: who handles Portland–Vancouver pickups, how estimates work and which service terms apply.

By PNW Junk Removal3 min read

JunkPDX is the founding local service brand of the PNW Junk Removal Network. Solely Junk LLC operates both, and its own crew performs JunkPDX pickups in Portland–Vancouver. PNW is the regional network being built from that local foundation.

For a customer, the connection should make service easier to understand: a recognizable local brand, an identified operating company and a clear path for planning the pickup. Here is how those names relate to your project.

A network that starts with its own local crew

Alex Miller founded Solely Junk LLC and PNW Junk Removal. JunkPDX supplies the active local service foundation: the actual crew, vehicles and onsite hauling work in Portland–Vancouver. This matters when you are trying to identify the business behind a name on a booking page.

PNW brings the regional identity and future provider relationships together. Seattle and Boise are recruiting independent businesses, with customer booking closed. The network's expansion plan should be kept separate from the service currently available through JunkPDX.

Three names with different roles

You may encounter these names in the network's website, local service information or company details. Looking at the role of each one is more useful than treating every name as a different hauling business.

What a JunkPDX appointment means

JunkPDX offers a free, no-obligation onsite estimate. Photos can help with a preliminary price range. At the property, the crew reviews the items and access and confirms the final price before loading. You decide whether to approve the work.

For a suitable job, the estimate and approved haul-away can happen on the same visit. Explain stairs, long carries, unusually heavy items and restricted loading areas in advance. These details help the crew plan the visit and understand the work you are asking them to do.

Use the terms for the service you arrange

A shared network relationship does not make every offer, account program or price interchangeable. JunkPDX's local pricing and commercial account program are explained separately from PNW's network pricing and account terms.

When arranging work for a business, establish which program you are using and who approves the pickup. Ask about accepted payment methods, any approved billing terms and the scope recorded for the project. Keep that information with the confirmation so your onsite contact and billing contact have the same expectations.

Make your first request useful

Start with the pickup address, a description of what needs to go and your preferred timing. Identify the person who can show the crew the items and approve the estimate. If somebody else owns the property or belongings, settle what should be removed before the visit.

  • Use photos to show both the items and the route to the truck.
  • Separate belongings that stay from those approved for removal.
  • Check the confirmed arrival window and contact details.
  • Approve a revised scope and price before adding work.
