Growth with a purpose

How we grow the network

We are building toward a region-wide network by connecting capable independent businesses, one market at a time. Portland–Vancouver is the foundation. Seattle and Boise are next in development. Every new market needs local coverage, prepared providers and a customer process that works from booking through completion.

HOW A NEW MARKET OPENS

Local capacity behind every new location.

These are opening requirements, rather than a progress report for an individual applicant. Seattle and Boise customer booking remains closed; no opening dates have been announced.

Define the local territory

Review the cities, ZIP codes and actual addresses a business can serve. Identify its routine routes, travel limits and projects needing a separate review.

Review the operator

Check business identity, insurance, crew experience, equipment and disposal practices. Complete required documents and screening before activation.

Prepare the customer handoff

Establish who reviews the project, confirms the appointment, approves changes and handles support. Customers need to know which company will perform the work.

Announce customer coverage

Publish the supported area and booking path when local service is ready. Provider applications and a market website do not establish customer availability.

Grow through real local coverage

Our ambition is the Pacific Northwest’s largest independent junk removal network. Growth should give customers more places to book and give local operators a shared regional presence while they retain their own businesses.

That takes more than a new market name. We need to understand which addresses a provider serves, the jobs its crews can handle, available equipment and the support needed for each pickup. Market readiness determines when customer booking opens.

Learn about the business

Seattle and Boise provider applications are open; customer booking is closed in both markets. We start by reviewing the applicant’s service area, equipment, crew, experience, and the types of jobs the business can handle.

Applying is free. It does not require a bank connection or accepting jobs, and it does not guarantee approval. Operators should review the proposed network fee and their own costs before deciding whether the relationship fits.

Match the work to the operator

A provider’s territory, equipment, crew capacity, and experience determine the work it can support.

Our planned job offers will show the items, location, timing, customer charge, network fee, and estimated payout. Providers will choose work that fits. Approval will not guarantee a certain number of jobs, income, or territory.

Verify documents before work begins

Required checks include business, insurance, and equipment information, a W-9, the provider agreement, and screening. Supporting documents are reviewed after the initial application. A third-party screening report requires a separate disclosure and authorization first.

Providers remain independent businesses responsible for their crews, equipment, operating costs, licenses, insurance, and taxes. Customers will know the company performing their pickup.

Open each market when it is ready

Portland–Vancouver is active through JunkPDX. Seattle is recruiting and Boise is developing its provider network. Neither is accepting customer bookings, and no opening dates have been announced.

Shared booking, matching, payment, and job-record tools are still being built. JunkPDX reviews flexible pickups locally; multi-provider Empty Seat matching is planned. New markets will need both capable providers and a process that supports their customers through the job.

Will every airport-code brand open?

A brand name does not guarantee a launch. Expansion depends on suitable providers and the ability to support service in that market.

What should a provider prepare before applying?

Prepare the cities and ZIP codes you routinely serve, working radius, crew size, truck or trailer capacity, equipment photos and job types you handle. Seattle and Boise are the current recruiting markets. Initial applications start review; activation and customer-market opening are separate decisions.
