What area should I list in my application?
List the cities and ZIP codes you already serve, your usual travel radius and any areas you would review individually. Include crew and equipment limits so coverage can be assessed. Seattle and Boise are the current recruiting markets; an application does not open customer booking.
What does it cost?
No application or monthly fee. The current job calculation starts from a 20% provider network fee, separate from customer discounts, and uses the provider account’s recorded rate. The public agreement is a review draft. Agreed fees, calculation rules and payout timing still need completion before activation. Review your own costs before accepting.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. Review the available scope, location, timing and payout before accepting. Job volume is not guaranteed.
Is this a franchise?
No. Providers remain independent businesses responsible for their crews, equipment, taxes, licenses, insurance and operating costs.
When is background screening performed?
Screening is required before activation. A separate disclosure and authorization are provided before any third-party background report is requested.
When do I upload documents?
The initial application collects qualification information and lets you attach insurance, business and equipment documents if ready. Documents are optional at this stage and verified before activation.
Where are applications open?
Seattle and Boise applications are open; customer booking is closed. The Solely Junk crew already serves Portland–Vancouver through JunkPDX.
