Background screening disclosure

PNW Junk Removal requires identity and background screening before a provider or customer-facing crew member can receive customer jobs.

Separate authorization

The provider application is not a consumer-report authorization. If a third-party background report is requested, the person being screened will receive a separate disclosure and authorization form before the report is ordered.

Who may be screened

Business owners, operators, drivers and other customer-facing team members may need to complete screening before they are permitted to access customer information or enter customer property.

How results are used

Screening is used only for provider qualification, safety and network-access decisions. Approval is not automatic, and submitting an application does not guarantee activation or work.

Privacy and questions

Sensitive screening information is not collected through the public provider application. Questions or correction requests can be sent to providers@pnwjunkremoval.com.
