This public copy is provided for review only. It is not an offer that can be accepted online and is not authorized for signature. Solely Junk LLC is identified as the network operator. Before signature, confirm its entity and notice details and complete Schedule 1, including the agreed fee, payout deadlines, payment processor, governing law, venue and approved market addendum. The current invoice does not separate taxes, tips or pass-through charges, while this draft describes fee exclusions. Resolve that difference before activation. The provider agreement checkbox records an operator review; it does not itself prove an executed contract is on file.

RELATIONSHIPIndependent provider

The provider is the service seller. PNW acts as the disclosed booking, support, communication and limited payment-collection agent.

PROPOSED ECONOMICSRate to be agreed

A 20% network fee and 80% provider share are proposed for review. The portal currently initializes a 20% rate and calculates it from the full approved invoice. That calculation does not establish agreed contract terms. Complete the agreed rate and resolve the fee basis before activation.

JOB DECISIONProvider choice

Providers review available job information and may accept or decline. PNW does not guarantee work, income, territory or margin.

MARKET AUTHORITYActivation required

Signing the agreement or displaying a badge does not create hauling, disposal, construction or local operating authority.

The review draft establishes the operating model. The signature copy must still be completed for the actual provider, market and payment setup.

Confirm Solely Junk LLC’s entity record, authorized signer and notice information
Identify the provider legal entity, DBA, service area, vehicles and approved services
Agree the fee, payout trigger, review deadline, bank timing and payment processor
Verify insurance, W-9, screening, licenses, disposal authority and market credentials
Attach the approved market addendum and governing-law terms
Record insurance, dispute review and credential replacement terms before activation
