Mobile verification and service texts
Phone numbers may be processed by our messaging providers to deliver one-time codes and, only when separately authorized, customer-care texts about a request, scheduling, arrival and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers only as needed to deliver requested services and communications. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing.
Photos and opportunity review
Customer job photos and limited project details may be shown to authorized, qualified providers being considered for a match so they can evaluate equipment, route and scope fit. Provider documents remain limited to authorized PNW reviewers and necessary service vendors.
Payments
PNW does not store full payment-card numbers in the site database. When platform payments are available, card details are processed by the disclosed payment provider.
Website attribution
We retain campaign tags, the referring site and entry-page path in this browser for up to 90 days. These details help connect visits with service requests and applications. When you submit, the attribution is saved with that business record. The attribution snapshot does not contain contact details, job photos or consent choices. You can clear browser storage to remove the local snapshot.
Tracking links
Guest booking and partner-status links may contain private access tokens. Do not share private status links publicly. Activated partner source links may be shared for eligible customer handoffs and record the referring partner when a request is submitted.
Retention and protection
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, support, accounting, compliance, fraud prevention and disputes. Access is limited according to role and business need.
Access, correction and deletion
Customers and applicants may request access, correction or deletion where legally available. Some records may be retained for accounting, safety, legal or dispute purposes.
