Commercial junk removal for offices, businesses and properties.
Clear desks, office furniture, retail fixtures and bulky property items through the PNW provider network. Get a clear scope, an access plan and a price to approve. Portland–Vancouver pickups are available through JunkPDX.
No commercial account is needed for a single pickup. Book through JunkPDX for Portland–Vancouver service. Eligible standard bookings are confirmed by a receipt marked Booking confirmed. Larger cleanouts, specialty work and requests marked for review need crew confirmation before scheduling.
What needs to go
List desks, seating, shelving, fixtures, appliances and mixed debris separately. Mark anything that stays. Send wide photos and approximate quantities, and identify electronics, heavy materials or restricted waste that need separate handling. A clear inventory makes quotes comparable and helps prevent an unapproved item from leaving the property.
Cubicle dismantling and removal
Include a layout, workstation count and photos of panel connections, attached storage and work surfaces. Ask whether dismantling is included in the quote and who handles power or data connections before removal. Identify shared panels and desks that stay so the crew can plan a clear, agreed removal scope.
Share loading docks, elevator reservations, parking, access hours and insurance requirements. Mention any tenant or business restrictions.
Documents and disposal
Ask for required insurance certificates, receipts, invoices or completion photos before the job. Hazardous materials may need a specialist.
Price approval
Name the person who can approve the final price, an available backup contact and any spending limit. Agree whether the scope includes loading only, disassembly or a final sweep. Record additions before the crew handles extra items. For multiple properties, keep each location, authorized contact, inventory and invoice reference distinct.
Recurring and multi-property pickups
Build a pickup plan around apartment turnovers, office furniture changes or recurring bulky items. Share each address, usual materials, desired frequency and billing contact. PNW reviews coverage and account terms for each location; Seattle and Boise customer booking is not open yet.
Do I need a commercial account for a single pickup?+
No. Portland–Vancouver businesses can request one-time service through JunkPDX. An ongoing commercial account is optional; billing and credit terms require separate approval.
Can property managers request recurring junk removal?+
Yes, where an active provider supports it. Define the locations, approval limits, access rules, documentation and billing requirements before recurring service begins.
Can you dismantle and remove office cubicles?+
Request both services explicitly. Send photos and system details so the provider can confirm dismantling labor, the removal route and any separate electrical or data work. A furniture pickup does not automatically include disconnecting or dismantling an installed system.
Can a provider supply proof of insurance?+
Ask before scheduling and list any certificate or vendor requirements. The assigned provider remains responsible for its active insurance and operating compliance.
How are commercial cleanouts priced?+
Pricing may reflect volume, weight, labor, access, truckloads, disposal, documentation and scheduling requirements. The authorized contact should approve the final scope and price before loading.
