Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro and Gresham
Check the actual pickup ZIP and address through JunkPDX. Apartment loading rules, stairs and parking access should be shared before a pickup is planned.
OREGON PROJECT GUIDE
A couch in a Portland apartment, a garage in Canby or an estate with several buildings: the address, access and material list shape the plan. Start with current coverage, then prepare the details a local hauler needs.
OREGON REGIONS
Portland-area service is active. The other regions below are planning references; mentioning a city does not mean PNW has a crew or an appointment there.
Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro and Gresham
Check the actual pickup ZIP and address through JunkPDX. Apartment loading rules, stairs and parking access should be shared before a pickup is planned.
Wilsonville, Canby, Woodburn and nearby rural communities
JunkPDX serves this corridor. Rural addresses need a coverage check and clear notes about gates, gravel approaches, carrying distance and truck access.
Salem, Albany, Corvallis, Eugene and Springfield
PNW customer service has not been announced here. For a near-term cleanout, confirm a local hauler's address coverage, hauling scope and disposal plan before scheduling.
Bend, Redmond, Prineville and surrounding communities
PNW service is not open in this region. Plan storage-unit access, bulky furniture, outbuilding contents and travel distance separately so a local estimate covers the full project.
Astoria, Tillamook, Newport, Florence and Coos Bay
No PNW pickup coverage has been announced. For a coastal home or rental turnover, document the parking location, road approach, stairs and the date the property must be clear.
Medford, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls, Pendleton, La Grande and Ontario
PNW service has not been announced here. Farm, shop and estate projects benefit from separate photos of household items, heavy materials and equipment needing specialist handling.
In Oregon, the network's active pickup area is Portland metro and the corridor south to Woodburn through JunkPDX. A state name, airport-code brand or nearby city mention is not a confirmed appointment.
Use the address where the items sit. For a property outside the active area, do not plan around a PNW arrival until customer coverage has been announced and the appointment is confirmed.
Check the pickup addressFor acreage around Canby or Woodburn, take one photo of each pile and another showing the route from the road to the loading spot. Note whether the truck can turn around, where a gate key is kept and how far items must be carried.
Separate barn or shop contents into household items, scrap, dense debris and anything that needs special handling. Mention mud, soft ground, low branches and low roof openings before agreeing on the work. Do not assume a hauling crew can remove an attached structure or disconnect utilities.
For a Portland-area apartment, tell the hauler which floor, whether there is an elevator, the permitted loading location and whether management needs an elevator reservation. Photograph narrow stairs and doorways along with the couch, mattress or appliance.
Keep anything staying clearly marked and confirm who can approve the onsite price. If a move-out deadline is close, share both the preferred pickup date and the final access deadline rather than assuming same-day service.
Prepare furniture for pickupCreate a separate scope for each address: rooms to clear, items staying, keys, photos, parking, deadlines and the person approving the work. A Portland pickup and a Salem estate are separate coverage decisions even if one property manager coordinates both.
For an estate, identify keepsakes and documents before loading starts. For several sites, ask which locations can be served, how each estimate is approved and what completion photos or invoices your team needs. A regional account request does not establish statewide coverage.
Plan a multi-property projectBefore hauling items yourself, check the destination facility's current accepted materials, operating hours, charges and load requirements. Ask separately about appliances, tires, electronics, paint, chemicals and renovation materials; one drop-off location may not accept everything.
Compare loading help, vehicle capacity, repeated trips and disposal charges with a local removal estimate. Donation is another possibility for usable furniture, but arrange acceptance before transport. No removal or donation outcome should be assumed from a photo alone.

Current Oregon customer service is through JunkPDX in Portland metro and south through Wilsonville, Canby and Woodburn. Check the exact pickup address. Service in other Oregon regions has not been announced.
PNW has not announced customer pickup coverage in Salem or Eugene. These cities appear in the regional planning guide so you can prepare a project, not as open booking areas.
Yes. Start with a pickup-address coverage check, then share driveway photos, gate details, the loading location, heavy items and carrying distance. The address and access need review before the appointment and price are confirmed.
Share the item photos, floor, stairs or elevator, loading location, elevator reservation requirements and move-out deadline. Identify the person who can grant access and approve the onsite scope and price.
You can outline a multi-property project, but each pickup address needs its own coverage review, scope, access instructions and estimate. An account request does not mean every Oregon location can be served.
Compare loading help, safe vehicle capacity, the number of trips and the facility's current charges and material rules with a removal estimate. Confirm accepted items with the facility before leaving; donation and specialist disposal may require separate stops.
