For local providers
What to review before joining an independent junk removal network
Review provider fit, fees, expenses, documentation and job expectations before applying to the PNW Junk Removal Network as an independent business.
Joining an independent junk removal network is a business decision. Evaluate which work fits your crew, how customer charges become your payout, and what records the network expects. Regional reach helps only when the offered jobs make operational sense for your business.
Solely Junk LLC operates the PNW Junk Removal Network and its local brands. Its own crew handles active JunkPDX service in Portland–Vancouver. Seattle and Boise are recruiting independent providers while customer booking remains closed. Applying starts a review; it does not activate your business or guarantee work.
Match your crew and equipment to the work
Define your actual coverage area, available crew, vehicle capacity and scheduling limits. Include tasks you do not perform. General household pickup experience does not automatically establish readiness for demolition, hazardous conditions or specialty handling.
PNW’s review considers business identity, experience, equipment, insurance documents, coverage and disposal practices. Gather current documents and be precise about your capabilities. If the job needs equipment or permissions you do not have, resolve that before accepting work.
- Current business identity and contact information
- Service area and realistic availability
- Vehicles, equipment and crew capabilities
- Required insurance, licenses and permits
- Disposal options and material restrictions
Calculate the payout after operating costs
There is no application fee or monthly subscription. The current PNW job calculation starts from a 20% provider network fee and uses the provider account’s recorded rate on the full approved invoice. This fee is separate from customer discounts. The remaining amount is before the provider’s expenses and taxes. The public agreement is a review draft; fee exclusions and payout timing still need completion before activation.
As an arithmetic illustration, a completed customer charge of $400 produces a $320 provider share under that standard split. This is not a job quote or an earnings forecast. Labor, fuel, disposal, insurance, vehicle costs and taxes still come from your business economics. Evaluate travel and handling requirements along with the item list.
Review an offer before committing your crew
The offer and payout model described here applies after provider approval and market activation. Seattle and Boise are recruiting and are not routing confirmed customer pickups yet. Regional matching, shared booking and payment tools remain in development; an application does not make those tools or jobs available.
The terms say available scope, location, timing, customer charge, network fee and estimated payout are shown before acceptance when known. Providers may accept or decline. Ask for clarification when a missing detail could change whether the job fits your business.
Independent providers remain responsible for their crews, supervision, vehicles, equipment, insurance, disposal costs and business obligations. Participation does not make them employees or franchisees. PNW does not guarantee job volume, income, margin, territory, exclusivity or network acceptance.
Plan for customer approval and completion records
Do not add undisclosed charges. A material scope or price change requires customer approval through the documented PNW process before additional work or loading. Prepare your crew to pause and obtain that approval when the onsite project differs from the accepted offer.
Payout eligibility requires documented completion, including required photos, customer confirmation and accurate job status. Standard payout timing is stated during onboarding, and incomplete records or disputes can lead to holds. Read those provisions alongside the complete agreement so your team knows what it must retain.
Resolve open questions before activation
Approved providers receive the complete agreement for review before activation; the signed agreement controls if terms differ from the public summary. Request written clarification of fees, payouts, insurance, screening or operating requirements before signing. Apply with accurate information and treat review, approval and activation as separate steps.
The provider agreement linked below is a public review draft. It is not authorized for signature. Provider-specific terms and market activation details must be completed in the final agreement before participation begins.
Common questions
Does applying guarantee jobs?
No. An application starts review, and PNW does not guarantee acceptance, job volume, income, territory or exclusivity.
Is the 80% provider share profit?
No. Under standard terms, it is the provider payout before the provider’s own operating expenses and taxes. Evaluate each offer using the actual scope, travel and costs.
Can a provider decline an offer?
Yes. Providers may accept or decline offered work under the current program terms. Review the complete agreement and any market terms before activation.
