What matters to us

What you can expect from us

You should understand the job before agreeing to it. That means clear service availability, useful estimates, a confirmed appointment, and a final price approved before loading. These principles guide JunkPDX today and the wider PNW network we are building.

THE NETWORK AND THE LOCAL COMPANY

Who handles what in your pickup.

PNW is the regional starting point. JunkPDX is the active local service brand, and Solely Junk LLC’s own crew performs its pickups. Future independent providers will be identified before service when their markets open.

From the first address check to the final walkthrough

Check the addressPNW shows the current market path; the local company confirms coverage and availability.Use the actual pickup address and identify the work before relying on a date.
Review the workFor current JunkPDX service, Solely Junk LLC’s crew reviews the items, access and proposed removal scope.Show everything leaving, mark what stays and identify the person who can approve the work.
Approve the priceThe company doing the pickup explains the complete onsite estimate and any exclusions before loading.Review the total and included work. A photo range is preliminary; ask about anything unclear.
Change the planThe local company reviews added items or changed work and explains the revised scope and price.Approve the change before extra work begins. Keep a record of the agreed scope.
Finish and follow upThe local company completes the agreed removal. Booking support helps identify the right next step when a concern needs review.Check the cleared areas, keep your confirmation and estimate, and describe any remaining concern with the booking details.

A question after the pickup?

Start with the company and confirmation for the booking you used. Include the pickup date, approved scope, the item or area in question and any relevant photos. Direct JunkPDX bookings follow the JunkPDX confirmation; PNW booking support can help with the PNW record and the appropriate contact.

Agree on what goes and what stays

Tell us about the items, amount of material, stairs, parking, and any difficult access. Photos help the crew understand the project and prepare for the visit.

Point out belongings, fixtures, or materials that must stay, especially when they are near the removal area. The crew and customer should agree on the work before starting and discuss any changes together.

Approve the final price before loading

A photo estimate is a rough range for planning. The actual amount, access, labor, and special handling can change the price.

The final price must be approved before loading. If you add items or request extra work, the change and its cost need approval first.

Know when your appointment is confirmed

JunkPDX serves Portland–Vancouver with our own crew. Availability depends on your address, project, and schedule. Seattle and Boise are developing markets and are not accepting bookings. A submitted request needs confirmation before it becomes an appointment.

For booking help, call 866-PNW-JUNK (866-769-5865). Portland customers can also call or text JunkPDX at (971) 325-2491. Online requests and call answering may be available outside pickup hours; service follows the crew’s confirmed schedule.

Know who is doing the work

The Solely Junk crew performs JunkPDX jobs today. Future independent providers will be identified before service. Each provider will remain responsible for its crew, vehicle, and onsite work, with PNW organizing the wider customer process.

Our planned tools will keep the agreed job, price approval, updates, and completion information together.

Questions about our approach

Is a photo estimate the final price?

No. Photos provide a rough range. The crew checks the actual items and access, then confirms the final price for your approval before loading.

Does submitting a request guarantee an appointment?

No. The local team must confirm a date and arrival window based on your location, project, and availability.

What if the person approving the cleanout cannot be at the property?

Discuss access and approval with the local company before scheduling. Identify who can authorize the item list and final price, and confirm how that person will be reached during the visit. A property key or an item photo does not replace permission to approve the work.

What if I notice an item was missed or have a concern after removal?

Keep your booking confirmation and agreed scope. Contact the company or booking support with the date, the item or area in question and relevant photos. The concern needs review against the agreed work; a new pickup, extra work or refund is not automatically confirmed.

What happens if I add more items when the crew arrives?

Ask the crew to review the extra items and explain the revised total before loading them. Added materials, handling or access requirements can change the scope. Only approve the additional work once you understand what is included and what it costs.
