Cannot find your junk removal booking confirmation?

Find the right help for a missing JunkPDX confirmation, understand request status and confirm your arrival window before making pickup arrangements.

By PNW Junk Removal4 min read

If you submitted a junk removal request but cannot find the confirmation, start by checking which site or company handled it. The PNW Junk Removal Network and JunkPDX are connected, but Portland–Vancouver pickup details are managed through JunkPDX. The message from the business handling your visit is the useful reference.

A missing email does not establish that a request failed or that an appointment is confirmed. Find the original record, check its status and contact the appropriate team if anything remains unclear.

Look for the message connected to your request

Check the email address and phone number you entered when requesting service. Search your inbox and text messages for JunkPDX, PNW, the pickup date or a booking reference; check junk mail as well. If someone else submitted the request, ask that person to forward the relevant details.

A screenshot of the final page can help support understand what you saw, especially if it contains a reference or status. Keep the date you submitted, the pickup name and ZIP together. Avoid starting another request just to test the form while the first request’s status is unresolved.

Read the status before assuming a visit is reserved

For eligible standard JunkPDX bookings, “Booking confirmed” confirms the appointment and reserves your selected arrival window. A message marked “Request received” or “Under review” means crew confirmation is still needed. Finding an acknowledgment therefore answers whether a request was received, but may not answer whether the crew is scheduled.

Flexible timing, moving labor, combined services, specialty work and restricted materials require review before scheduling. If you chose one of those options, ask about that request’s review rather than treating your preferred date as a confirmed visit.

Contact the team handling your pickup

For a Portland–Vancouver JunkPDX pickup, start with your JunkPDX email or text. Existing account holders can sign in to the JunkPDX customer portal to view requests and updates. For a guest booking or missing confirmation, contact the local crew at (971) 325-2491.

PNW’s support page also provides phone and email help for a lost link, appointment question or other network inquiry. You can call 866-769-5865 or email hello@pnwjunkremoval.com with your booking name and pickup ZIP. Ask the team to identify the request and its current status.

Send a question the crew can resolve

Include what you submitted, when you submitted it and what you need confirmed. For example: “I requested a sofa pickup on Monday under Morgan, ZIP 97223. I found a Request received message. Can you confirm whether the requested window is scheduled?” Replace those example details with your own.

If your access, items or availability changed, include the change in the same message. Ask for the revised timing to be confirmed before making new arrangements. If an arrival concern develops during a confirmed visit’s window, refer to that window and your booking reference when contacting the crew.

  • Booking name, pickup ZIP and reference if available
  • Submission date and status wording you received
  • Requested or confirmed arrival window
  • The specific question or change needing review

Keep the confirmed details available

Once the crew clarifies the plan, keep the confirmation where the person providing access can find it. An arrival window concerns arrival, not the duration of every cleanout. The free onsite estimate remains a separate decision: review the final scope and price, then approve removal before loading begins.

Common questions

Should I submit another booking if no email arrives?

First check your email and texts, then ask the crew or support to locate the original request using your booking name, pickup ZIP and submission details.

Can a guest get help without creating an account?

Yes. The local JunkPDX crew can help with guest bookings and missing confirmations. PNW’s support page also offers phone and email contact options.
