SHED REMOVAL
Share the shed dimensions, wall and roof materials, condition, foundation, shelving and attached structures. Rot, collapse risk, metal roofing, heavy timber, windows and dense contents can change the demolition plan and crew requirements.
Electricity, water, gas, irrigation and hidden lines must be identified and safely disconnected before demolition. Do not assume an old shed is utility-free. A licensed trade may be required before the removal crew can start.
An empty shed is a different project from a shed packed with tools, chemicals, yard equipment and household goods. Photograph the interior and identify restricted material such as fuel, paint, pesticides, propane or unknown containers.
Explain gates, fences, slopes, landscaping, overhead wires, soft ground and truck parking. The crew needs enough space to dismantle sections, control sharp debris and move material without damaging the property.
Wood skids, pavers, pier blocks, concrete slabs and footings require different tools and disposal. State whether the foundation stays, is cleared of loose debris or must also be broken and hauled away.
Older roofing, siding, insulation, coatings and floor material may require testing before disturbance. Suspected asbestos, lead hazards or contaminated material should not be demolished or mixed into ordinary debris until the proper handling path is confirmed.
Write down whether the result should be a cleared footprint, remaining slab, removed anchors, basic rake-and-sweep or something more. Landscaping, grading, concrete work and repairs are separate unless specifically included.

Power must be safely disconnected before demolition. Use a qualified electrician when required and confirm the circuit is no longer live.
