COMMERCIAL CREDIT TERMS
Clear rules for Net billing.
Agreement version 2026-08-27-v1 · Higher-limit disclosure 2026-08-27-v1Review draft. These terms become part of a commercial account only when accepted by an authorized signer and approved by PNW Junk Removal. Account-specific approval controls if it differs from a request.
1. Account responsibility
The applying legal business is responsible for approved services, invoices and charges placed by its authorized contacts or service locations. Related locations under one legal entity share one credit limit unless PNW approves separate limits in writing.
2. Payment terms
Same-day accounts pay when service is completed. Approved Net 7 or Net 15 invoices are due seven or fifteen calendar days after the invoice date. Net terms are unavailable until the account is approved and this agreement is accepted by an authorized signer.
3. Aggregate credit limit
A credit limit applies to the account’s total unsecured exposure, not to each job. Unpaid invoices, approved work awaiting invoicing and committed Net-term work may count toward exposure. Available credit is the approved limit minus current exposure.
4. Work above available credit
PNW may require a deposit, processor-backed card authorization, same-day payment or full prepayment before accepting work that would exceed available credit. A job does not increase the account limit automatically.
5. Higher-limit review
A limit above $1,000 requires a recorded approval. PNW may request verified trade references, bank statements, a current profit-and-loss statement, balance sheet, other business financial records or an additional disclosure. Providing records does not guarantee approval.
6. Payment performance
Three consecutive invoices paid in full with cleared funds by their due dates make the account eligible for a limit review. Eligibility does not guarantee an increase. Partial, late, returned or charged-back payments do not count and may reset the on-time streak.
7. Restrictions and suspension
Past-due balances, returned payments, chargebacks, inaccurate application information or material risk changes may restrict or suspend new unsecured work. PNW may require payment-secured service while a restriction remains.
8. Discounts
Approved commercial accounts receive 20% off the first pickup and 10% off ongoing standard load pricing unless the account approval states otherwise. Discounts may exclude special disposal, weight, labor, regulated material and third-party pass-through charges.
9. Electronic acceptance
Typing the authorized signer’s name and submitting the application with the agreement checkbox records the agreement version, timestamp and a security hash associated with the submission. The signer represents that they are authorized to bind the applying business.
