Providers retain responsibility for their business entity, taxes, employees and crew, equipment, licenses, insurance and operating decisions.

No guaranteed work

Application or approval does not guarantee job volume, revenue, profit, a territory or continued access to opportunities.

Network standards

Independence does not remove the obligation to follow the customer-facing service, documentation, safety, communication and branding standards in the provider agreement.

No authority to bind PNW

A provider may not make commitments on behalf of PNW Junk Removal except as expressly authorized in the applicable market agreement.

Professional review

Providers should have their own legal and tax advisers review the complete agreement before activation.

Program terms may be updated before a provider agreement is executed. Your signed agreement controls if it differs from this summary.
